Brazilian Fish Stew

Marinate fish in lime & garlic. Toss everything (except coconut milk) in a pot. Simmer for 15-20 minutes over a medium low heat. Or, if you're busy, toss in a crockpot on low for 3 - 4 hours. Garnish with cilantro and more lime. If you're doing coconut milk, stir that in and simmer for 5 minutes!Read more ›
